FAQ
Which countries do you sell to?
I am delighted to offer my artwork to collectors worldwide. As long as I can ensure safe shipping for my sculptures and it is legally permissible to sell to your location, I am happy to ship to any country. Please contact me to discuss shipping options and any specific requirements for your destination.
Do you take commissions?
I am always open to discussing a commission. However at the moment I am primarily focused on honing my skills and exploring my own sculptural interests.
For custom lettering projects, I am open to taking those commissions as I can work on them in between other projects.
If you are interested in a large scale sculpture for a public space, then please reach out to discuss.
How can I buy artwork from you?
For all non-commissioned pieces, please email sales@vonbitcoinart.com to discuss your interest. I would love to hear why you are drawn to a particular piece and where you plan to display it. While this might seem unusual, each of my works takes considerable time and effort to create, and I want to ensure they find a meaningful home. My goal is that my sculptures not only bring joy to their new owners but also contribute to the advancement of Hyperbitcoinization by sparking thoughtful conversations.
What does the sales process look like?
At Von Bitcoin Art, I believe in creating a personal and meaningful connection with my buyers. The sales process is designed to be transparent, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. Here's how it works:
Initial Contact: When you're interested in a particular piece, the first step is to reach out to me via my sales email address. This allows us to start a conversation about your interest in the artwork.
Understanding Your Vision: I take the time to get to know you, your desires, and your vision for the sculpture. We will discuss what drew you to the piece, your plans for it, and any specific requirements or preferences you may have.
Sales Contract: To ensure a smooth and secure transaction, we will use a sales contract. This contract is designed to protect both you and me, outlining all the details of the purchase, including the price and any agreed-upon terms.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the sculpture. These costs will be added to the sales contract, providing you with a clear understanding of the total expense.
Finalizing the Purchase: Once we have agreed on all terms, both parties will sign the sales contract. This formalizes the sale and initiates the shipping process.
Shipping and Tracking: After the contract is signed, I will carefully prepare your sculpture for shipment using the best methods to ensure its safe arrival. You will receive tracking documentation, so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.
My goal is to make the sales process as enjoyable and satisfying as owning one of my sculptures. By taking the time to understand your needs and ensuring every detail is addressed, I strive to create a positive and memorable experience for every buyer.

Our priority is to ensure that your sculpture arrives undamaged. We work with trusted shipping partners and use specialized packaging to protect your artwork during transit.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the factors mentioned above. Once your order is finalized, we will provide you with a detailed quote for shipping and handling. This ensures transparency and allows you to understand the full cost before your sculpture is shipped.
Buyer-Preferred Shipping Methods
If you prefer to use your own shipping method, please let us know. However, please be aware that by choosing this option, you will waive any rights to claim for damages or breakages that may occur during transit. We strongly recommend allowing us to handle the shipping to guarantee the safe arrival of your artwork.
Contact Us
For all purchases and shipping inquiries, please contact sales@vonbitcoinart.com. We will work with you individually to ensure that your experience is seamless and satisfactory.
Are artworks insured while in transit?
Yes, artworks are insured when shipped using the method that I recommend and the buyer agrees upon. This approach ensures the safety of the artwork during transit, providing peace of mind that should any damage occur, you will be refunded for your purchase.
However, if you decide to choose your own preferred shipping method, I will not be held liable for any damage that occurs, regardless of whether there is insurance or not. In such cases, the sale is considered final at the time of shipping, and no refunds will be issued for damage incurred during transit.
By allowing us to handle the shipping, you can be assured that your artwork will be packaged and transported with the utmost care and security, backed by insurance coverage.
What methods of payment do you accept?
